Fund Performance

Roots has a new Net Asset Value of $67,003,457.80 as of May 6, 2025, distributed $672,941.85 to investors, and has a new unit price of $142, up $2 from the previous quarter.

Roots returned 12.6% in the last 12 months (May 7, 2024 - May 6, 2025) and 64.5% since the fund's inception (July 1, 2021 - May 6, 2025).

Property Acquisitions

We’re thrilled to share that Roots has officially expanded beyond Atlanta! A total of 56 properties were added to the fund, with 47 of them just outside Augusta, GA, marking a bold step into new territory.

These new additions are already making a big impact. With a total purchase price of $13.88M and appraisal of $15.13M, that boost played a major role in driving a 16.53% quarter over quarter increase in the fund’s NAV.

Even better? They're projected to bring in over $1.21M in annual rent, driving serious growth.

With these new properties added, Roots now has a total of 244 properties, which breaks down to a total of 378 doors in the fund.
