Q2 Performance

We’ve started 2024 with a bang as Roots welcomed over 1,600 new investors, raised over 6M, and added 21 new properties to the fund in Q2.

Roots has a new Net Asset Value of $39,109,696 as of July 10, 2024, distributed $427,083.11 to investors last quarter, and has a new unit price of $133, up $2 from last quarter.

Roots has appreciated 12.1% the last 12 months (July 1, 2023 - July 1, 2024) and 51.5% since the fund's inception (July 1, 2021 - July 1, 2024).

Q2 Property Acquisitions

In Q2 2024, Roots added 21 properties in the greater Atlanta area. These properties are a great investment with a purchase price of $5.61M and a current market value of $6.19M (a solid 9.4% additional fair market value added in the fund).

These homes are projected to generate an impressive annual rental income of $509K for the Roots Fund.

This brings the Roots property total up to 135, with 211 doors.
