Fund Performance
Roots has a new Net Asset Value of $102,758,398.03 as of January 10, 2026, distributed $998,328.68 to investors, and has a new unit price of $150.81, up $3.31 from the previous quarter.
Roots targets a 12-15% annual return, and over the last 12 months, the fund has returned 12.01% (January 10, 2025 - January 10, 2026). Since the fund's inception, the fund has had a total return of 77.81% (July 1, 2021 - January 10, 2026).
Property Acquisitions
We’ve added 89 more properties to the fund, including 62 in Nashville, Tennessee, marking Roots’ expansion into its third state. That's more homes and more opportunities to make an impact on the community.
These new additions are already making a big impact. With a total purchase price of $27.05M and an appraisal of $31.11M, that boost played a major role in increasing the fund's NAV.
What's even better? They're projected to bring in over $2.06M in annual rent, driving serious growth.
With these new properties added, Roots now has a total of 476 properties, which breaks down to a total of 611 doors in the fund.
